Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders within the US. For international shipping please contact us and we will be happy to calculate shipping fees. For international orders the cost of shipping will be based on weight and size of your order as well as taking into account shipping location. Freight on larger items will be quoted upon inquiry and invoiced separately.

When your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email which will include your tracking information. All deliveries require signature on arrival unless requested otherwise. When authority to leave is requested as a delivery option you acknowledge that Andrea Mondragón will not be liable in any way for the loss or damage to your delivery. We do use a variety of different freight companies depending on size and weight of the item being shipped, for this reason we are unable to accept PO Boxes as a delivery address.
