Refund policy

Due to the unique nature of original paintings we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Andrea Mondragón will only offer a refund or exchange where the item ordered is faulty. Any issues with an order must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your item, with any returns to be finalized and posted back to us within 3 working days. Where we are at fault we will cover any additional postage costs. Any items being returned remain the property of the purchaser until received by Andrea Mondragón, so please ensure you package your return items appropriately. Andrea Mondragón will not be held liable for any items damaged in return transit to us.

Prints: In the event that a purchased print is faulty we will be happy to exchange your print. We simply ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the prints as well as provide photos of the damage. Items being sent back to us must be posted within 5 working days. Where we are at fault we will cover any additional postage costs. Any items being returned remain the property of the purchaser until received by Andrea Mondragón, so please ensure you package your return items appropriately.
